As a Soul Contract Practitioner, I’ve had the honor of diving deep into the intricate agreements that guide our earthly journeys. These contracts often illuminate the lessons we’re here to learn, the patterns we’re meant to break, and the truths we’re destined to embody.

Here are the top five themes I encounter most frequently in my work:

1. Authenticity

One of the most common threads in soul contracts revolves around the journey to authenticity. This theme is about shedding societal expectations and reconnecting with the core of who we truly are. It asks us to reclaim our voice, honor our values, and embrace our unique essence. The question it poses is simple yet profound: Are you being true to yourself?

This is connected to the 7-7 and 16-7 frequencies in your soul contract.

2. Worthiness

Understanding self-worth is a cornerstone of many soul journeys. This lesson often appears for those who have spent their lives seeking validation from external sources. These contracts remind us of a simple truth: You were born worthy. The journey is about remembering that your value is inherent, not conditional.
